What certificates or degrees do you have that qualifies you?
You must be wondering, “What does this guy have or done to be confident in his teaching skill?” First above all, my credentials. I have a Bachelor’s in Music degree from Azusa Pacific University specialized in Viola Performance as well as an Advanced Certificate of Merit from the Music Teachers’ Association of California (MTAC) in Violin. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Viola back at APU, expecting to graduate in 2027.
Where have you performed at?
Well, I must say that I have performed in many places, ranging from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Youtube Theater to local churches and cathedrals around my area. I also performed world-renowned pieces like Phantom of the Opera from Broadway and famous film soundtracks like ET at the Warner Bros. Theater.
Do you teach? If so, what age and skill levels and how?
Yes! I do teach. I teach all ages and can teach all skill levels from beginner to collegiate level. As I have worked and experienced with previous students, I found that teaching privately 1-on-1 is the greatest and fastest way to develop the skills for music. Do you play in any orchestras or groups?
I partake in a handful of orchestras, ranging from performing popular songs from Disney to reigniting absolute music in the Classical world. I am in Synesthesia Sinfonietta, Azusa Pacific University Symphony Orchestra, The One Orchestra, Orange Coast College Orchestra, MiracleLA Church Worship Band, and many more!
